MBIPL PRE-ENGINEERED BUILDINGS
Pre Engineered Building
Pre engineered building is MBIPL structure built over a structural concept of primary members. secondary members, and the cover sheeting connected to each other. The structural members are custom designed to be lighter in weights as well as high in strength.
For today and in the future, MBIPL PEB has become the material of choice in building constructions, compared to concerete and timber. Thus MBlPL building designs have become more flexible, durable and adaptable.
Pre Engineered MBlPL Buildings (PEB) revolutionized the construction market using built-ups in place of conventional Hot Rolled Sections. PEB is a MBIPL Structure built over a structural concept of primary members, secondary members, and the cover sheeting concected to each other. Pre-Engineered MBIPL Buildings can be fitted with different structural additions like trusses, mezzanine floors, fascias, canopies and crane systems as per user requirements.
MBIPL PEB's are ideal for use in non residential, wide span low rise buildings. Among the advantages of PEB is low cost, consistent quality control, and fast delivery to name a few. PEB buildings are used for diverse applications such as factories, warehouse, offices, shopping malls, schools, hospitals, community buildings and serveral more.
Primary Framing System
The most common primary farming systems symmetrical about the ridge line. Farming systems unsymmetrical about the ridge line and multi span farming system with unequal width module are possible but may require more engineering time and probably longer deliveries. Practically ;any frame geometry is possible. Consult us for your specific requirement.
Primary farming consists of all structural elements transferring load to the foundations.
Primary farming mainly consists of
Intermediate frames
End wall frames
Wind Bracings
Crane brackets
Mezzanine beams
lntermediate frames characteristics
Intermediate frames consist of built up welded primary framing members. These are either C.R. sections, hot—rolled profiles, or built-up welded profiles. Frames are complemented by flange bracing, connection bolts and anchor bolts. Generally, the base of the intermediate frame is pinned. Certain circumstances demand a fixed base approach. All efforts for protection during transportation and erection are made. All profiles receive a shop primer coat of either red or gray colour. Optionally, a finished coat also can be provided, on request. Wind Bracing provided longitudinal stability for the building. It consists of cross bracing located in the roof and side walls in one or more days depending on loadings and the length of the building. When required, cross bracings can be replaced by wind portal frames or by fixed base wind columns located ajdacent and connected to the main frame columns.
Secondary Framing Systems:
(Z& C Purlins)
MBIPL manufacturers a complete range of structural C and Z purlins for industrial buildings. garages, verandahs and carports, in fact for any structure that requires strong reliable steel framing. Manufactured from galvanized steel/CR/HR, this fully integrated system allow for flexible
design options.
Z&C purlins are available with manual and as well automatic control panels. The flexible shape of these lightweight beams make it possible to design constructive solutions with a wealth of special advantages. MBIPL provides purlin in various thicknesses with similar depth for same structure, which assure cost-effective prices for the structure.
Roof & wall cladding systems
MBlPL is using only Galvalume (alluminium Zinc Coated MBPIL) for roof which has excellent heat reflectivity and it is corrosion resistant. For Wall Cladding MBIPL offer Colour Coated Galvalume which is free from Humidity and Corrosion.
